Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and deliver effective, standards-based lessons aligned with the curriculum framework for elementary students
- Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that promotes active learning and student participation
- Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, examinations, and developmental evaluations
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to enhance the educational experience and address student needs
- Implement differentiated instructional strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field with major in Elementary Education
- Valid teaching credentials or certification as required by the Department of Education
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in an elementary setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate instructional methods
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills
- Proficiency in developing lesson plans and educational materials
- Commitment to continuous professional growth and student success
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
