Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and deliver comprehensive elementary curriculum in core subjects such as Mathematics, English, Science, and Araling Panlipunan.
- Develop creative lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments to meet diverse learning needs.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to foster academic improvement.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and positive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, administrators, and parents to support student development.
- Participate in professional development activities and school-wide events.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education or a related field.
- Passed the Licensure Exam for Teachers (LET) or currently in the process of certification.
- At least two (2) years of relevant teaching experience in the elementary level.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage classroom behavior effectively.
- Civil Service Commission (CSC) eligibility is preferred.
