Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with national curriculum standards
- Deliver engaging instruction across core subjects including Math, Science, English, and Filipino
- Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations
- Create and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning
- Utilize educational technology and multimedia resources to enhance teaching effectiveness
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to support student development
- Participate in school activities, workshops, and professional development programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or equivalent field
- Valid Professional Teacher License issued by PRC
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in elementary education
- Strong knowledge of K-12 curriculum frameworks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in classroom management strategies
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning needs
