Tanggung Jawab
- Design and deliver engaging lesson plans for elementary students across core subjects
- Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations
- Create inclusive classroom environments that accommodate diverse learning needs
- Collaborate with teaching teams to develop interdisciplinary curriculum projects
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development and school activities
- Participate in professional development workshops and school community events
- Maintain accurate student records and progress documentation

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or related field
- Valid Professional License for Teaching (LET) holder
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in elementary education
- Strong knowledge of K-12 curriculum standards and pedagogical approaches
- Excellent classroom management and student engagement skills
- Proficiency in educational technology and digital teaching tools
- Fluency in English and local dialects (e.g., Ilocano, Kankanaey)
- Ability to work collaboratively in multicultural environments
