Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans and instructional materials aligned with the curriculum standards.
- Facilitate interactive classroom activities that promote critical thinking, creativity, and student engagement.
- Assess and evaluate student performance through various assessment tools, quizzes, and examinations.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and orderly classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and school administrators regarding student progress and behavioral issues.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and school events.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to students to support their social and emotional well-being.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field (Major in Education).
- Must possess a valid Certificate of Registration and License to Teach (LET Passed).
- At least three (3) years of relevant teaching experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing educational requirements.
- CPR/First Aid certification is an advantage.
