Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and deliver effective, standards-aligned lessons that meet the diverse learning needs of elementary students
- Implement innovative teaching strategies and utilize various instructional resources to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes
- Monitor and assess student progress through regular evaluations, assignments, and examinations
- Maintain a positive, safe, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning
- Collaborate with fellow educators and school administration to improve curriculum and instructional practices
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student performance and development
- Participate in professional development activities and school-wide initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavioral progress
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or a related field from an accredited institution
- Valid teaching license or certification as required by Philippine educational regulations
- Minimum of 3-5 years of teaching experience at the elementary level
- Proficiency in developing lesson plans aligned with the DepEd curriculum framework
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to continuous professional growth and student-centered teaching approaches
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles and abilities
