Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans and instructional strategies aligned with the elementary curriculum standards.
- Facilitate engaging classroom activities that promote critical thinking, creativity, and collaborative learning among students.
- Assess student performance regularly through quizzes, projects, and examinations to provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, attendance logs, and progress reports.

Kualifikasi
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education (Major in English, Science, or Mathematics preferred).
- Civil Service Professional Eligibility (for government-affiliated roles) or equivalent credentials.
- Valid Certificate of Registration and License to Practice as a Professional Teacher.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant teaching experience in an elementary setting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a classroom effectively and handle diverse student needs.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work full-time and adhere to school policies and schedules.
