Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans and instructional materials aligned with the secondary school curriculum.
- Facilitate engaging classroom discussions and activities to promote critical thinking and active participation.
- Assess student performance through quizzes, examinations, assignments, and projects.
- Monitor and support the social and emotional well-being of students to ensure a positive learning atmosphere.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and behavioral issues.
- Participate in faculty meetings, staff development workshops, and school events.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education or a related field of specialization.
- Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT) or valid Certificate of Eligibility (LET passers).
- At least three (3) years of teaching experience at the secondary level.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage students effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team of educators and administrators.
- Demonstrated passion for teaching and a commitment to student success and holistic development.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and software.
