We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teacher IV (Secondary) to join our educational team in the Ilocos Region. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement lesson plans that align with the Department of Education's secondary curriculum standards.
- Instruct students in various subjects, utilizing diverse teaching methodologies to ensure engagement and comprehension.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, examinations, projects, and regular performance evaluations.
- Mentor and guide students to enhance their academic skills and personal development.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members to develop school programs and improve teaching methodologies.
- Participate actively in parent-teacher conferences, faculty meetings, and school improvement activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and disciplinary actions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education or a related field (e.g., Math, Science, English).
- Licensure as a Professional Teacher (LET) issued by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
- At least 5-8 years of relevant teaching experience in the secondary level.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in educational technology and learning management systems (LMS).
- Must be a resident of the Ilocos Region or willing to relocate.
- Proven ability to manage a classroom effectively and foster a positive learning atmosphere.
