Tanggung Jawab
- Assist lead teachers in preparing lesson plans and instructional materials.
- Maintain a positive and safe classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as needed.
- Grade assignments and provide constructive feedback to help students improve.
- Communicate effectively with parents and school administration regarding student progress.
- Organize classroom activities and supervise students during breaks or outdoor activities.
- Participate in professional development and team meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor’s degree in Education (S1 PGPAUD/S1 PGSD).
- Experience working with children or in an educational setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for teaching.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Fluency in Indonesian is required.
