Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality instruction aligned with national and regional curriculum standards.
- Mentor and provide instructional leadership to junior teaching staff to improve overall school performance.
- Develop and implement innovative assessment tools to track student progress and learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with school administrators to design and execute school improvement programs.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and conducive learning environment that promotes student well-being and academic growth.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate effectively with parents and stakeholders.
- Participate actively in professional learning communities and training workshops to stay updated on educational best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or equivalent (Master’s degree in Education/Management is highly preferred).
- Valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) License for Professional Teachers.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in elementary education with demonstrated leadership skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the K-12 curriculum and Department of Education standards.
- Proven ability to mentor teachers and lead educational initiatives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of proficiency in educational technology and classroom management software.
- Strong commitment to the professional standards and ethics of the teaching profession.
