Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons aligned with the international curriculum (KS2-KS4).
- Provide Deputy Principal support in administrative oversight, staff mentorship, and school operations.
- Develop and manage a diverse and exciting Co-Curricular Activities (CCA) program to enhance student engagement.
- Monitor student academic progress, providing formative and summative feedback to support individual learning goals.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and stakeholders to maintain a positive school culture.
- Implement inclusive classroom management strategies to foster a safe and respectful learning environment.
- Participate actively in school events, staff meetings, and professional development training sessions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject area (Teaching certification/PGCE preferred).
- Proven experience in an international school setting or high-performing private school.
- Strong understanding of KS2, KS3, and KS4 curriculum frameworks.
- Leadership potential or prior experience in school administration for Deputy Principal/Head of CCA roles.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- A proactive, energetic, and adaptable approach to teaching and learning.
- Commitment to the holistic development and safeguarding of students.
