The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist lead teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students
- Prepare and maintain classroom materials and resources
- Supervise students during breaks, lunchtime, and excursions
- Support the social and emotional development of students
- Collaborate with teachers to plan and assess lessons
- Monitor and record student progress and provide feedback
- Participate in staff meetings and school events as required
Kualifikasi
- Minimum diploma or degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field
- Prior experience working with children in an educational setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students
- Passion for education and commitment to student development
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
