Tanggung Jawab
- Support lead teachers in lesson preparation and instructional delivery
- Provide individualized assistance to students during classroom activities
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate academic records
- Supervise students during breaks, lunch periods, and extracurricular activities
- Prepare and organize educational materials and classroom resources
- Assist in grading assignments and providing constructive feedback
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development
- Participate in staff training and professional development sessions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma with relevant teaching assistant certification preferred
- Previous experience working with children in educational settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and ability to work with diverse learning abilities
- Basic knowledge of educational methodologies and classroom management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational technology tools
