Tanggung Jawab
- Assist lead teachers in the preparation and delivery of daily classroom activities and lesson materials.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students to reinforce learning concepts.
- Monitor student behavior to ensure a safe, inclusive, and conducive learning environment.
- Help maintain classroom organization, learning supplies, and student progress records.
- Support the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with specific learning needs.
- Assist in the supervision of students during transitions, breaks, and extracurricular activities.
- Communicate effectively with teaching staff to ensure classroom objectives are met consistently.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or related fields is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in a teaching assistant or childcare role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia).
- Strong patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
- Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a busy classroom setting.
- Strong observation skills with the ability to identify and address student learning barriers.
- Proven track record of reliability and professional conduct.
