- Support the lead teacher in planning, preparing, and delivering classroom activities and lessons.
- Assist in the preparation of teaching aids, visual aids, and learning materials.
- Maintain a safe, orderly, and stimulating classroom environment for students.
- Supervise students during break times, excursions, and designated activities.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with learning needs or special requirements.
- Monitor and record student progress and provide feedback to the teaching staff.
- Manage student behavior in accordance with school policies and guidance from the teacher.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field.
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of child development and learning principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both students and colleagues.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take initiative.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., First Aid, Special Education) are highly desirable.
- Fluency in English is essential for this role.
