Tanggung Jawab
- Facilitate interactive learning sessions and support course delivery for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Manage and moderate online discussion forums and student community platforms to ensure active engagement.
- Collaborate with faculty members to develop teaching materials, assignments, and assessment tools.
- Organize and coordinate community engagement events, workshops, and seminars to foster a sense of belonging.
- Provide academic guidance and feedback to students to support their learning progress.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and course statistics.
- Assist in the administration of teaching-related activities and projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study (Education, Communication, or Social Sciences preferred).
- Experience in teaching, mentoring, or community management within an educational setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse student populations.
- Proficiency in digital tools, learning management systems (LMS), and social media platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
