Tanggung Jawab
- Assist lead teachers in the delivery of daily lesson plans and classroom activities.
- Provide targeted support to small groups or individual students to enhance learning outcomes.
- Help maintain an organized, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Support the implementation of school-wide behavioral policies and pastoral care initiatives.
- Prepare instructional materials, resources, and classroom displays as required.
- Supervise students during non-instructional periods, including break times and field trips.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to monitor and document student progress effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Education, Early Childhood, or a related field.
- Previous experience working in an international school or similar educational setting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and staff.
- Strong commitment to child safety, safeguarding, and inclusivity.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting student development.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-cultural team environment.
- Proficiency in classroom management strategies and technology-enhanced learning.
