In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in fostering a love for physical activity and healthy living among our students.
As a Teaching Assistant (PE), you will work closely with our Lead Physical Education teachers to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment. You will support the holistic development of students, ensuring they not only improve their athletic skills but also develop essential social and teamwork abilities. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Lead PE Teacher in planning and delivering engaging Physical Education lessons and sports activities.
- Demonstrate sports techniques and drills, while actively supervising students to ensure their safety during all activities.
- Support students with diverse learning needs by adapting instructions and providing individual guidance when necessary.
- Maintain and organize sports equipment, ensuring the sports field and facilities are clean and ready for use.
- Encourage positive behavior, sportsmanship, and teamwork among students during games and competitions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to monitor student progress and provide feedback to support their development.
- Assist in the organization of school sports events and inter-house competitions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / O-Levels education with a strong interest or background in Physical Education.
- Previous experience working with children in an educational or coaching setting is preferred.
- Good knowledge of various sports rules, safety protocols, and first aid practices.
- Patience, energy, and a genuine passion for inspiring primary school children to stay active.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and staff.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to a dynamic school environment.
