Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver tutorial sessions and practical laboratory classes for pharmacy students
- Develop and grade course assignments, quizzes, and examinations
- Provide academic advising and mentorship to undergraduate students
- Assist in curriculum development and preparation of teaching materials
- Supervise student projects and ensure adherence to laboratory safety protocols
- Collaborate with faculty on teaching innovations and assessment methods
- Participate in departmental meetings and educational workshops
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field (Master's/PhD preferred)
- Strong academic record with demonstrated subject expertise
- Prior teaching or tutoring experience in higher education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in educational technology and online learning platforms
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in academic teams
