Tanggung Jawab
- Assist lead teachers in the preparation and delivery of engaging English language lesson plans.
- Provide individualized support to students during classroom activities to ensure concept mastery.
- Manage classroom dynamics to maintain a positive, safe, and productive learning environment.
- Grade student assignments and provide timely, constructive feedback to encourage improvement.
- Support administrative tasks, including tracking student attendance and maintaining progress reports.
- Collaborate with the academic team to develop creative teaching materials and resources.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development and classroom performance.
- Participate in school events, workshops, and extracurricular English-language activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with clear pronunciation.
- Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Patient, adaptable, and capable of managing diverse learning needs.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
