Tanggung Jawab
- Assist lead teachers in daily classroom management and supervision.
- Develop and prepare engaging instructional materials, visual aids, and learning resources.
- Support the implementation of lesson plans across various grade levels or subjects.
- Facilitate small group sessions to provide personalized support to students.
- Monitor student progress, record attendance, and maintain an organized classroom environment.
- Participate in faculty meetings, school activities, and professional development workshops.
- Provide administrative support for student assessment and grading tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in or a graduate of a 4-year degree program in Education or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
