Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject area
- Teaching certification (Sertifikasi Pendidik) or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years of classroom teaching experience preferred
- Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficiency in modern educational technology and learning management systems
- Demonstrated ability to differentiate instruction for diverse learners
