Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise store personnel to ensure efficient daily operations and service excellence.
- Monitor food preparation quality and consistency according to company standards.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and waste management.
- Provide training and mentorship to new team members to foster a high-performance culture.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to maintain brand reputation.
- Prepare daily sales reports and ensure cash handling accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a retail food chain or quick-service restaurant (QSR) environment.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to store challenges.
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards and operational compliance.
- A customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
