We are looking for an experienced Team Lead Application Developer to join our dynamic team at Sigma Cipta Utama in Tangerang Selatan. In this role, you will lead a talented fullstack development team, driving the creation of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. You will work with cutting-edge technologies, implementing microservices architecture and establishing robust DevOps CI/CD pipelines. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage a fullstack application development team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software.
- Design and architect scalable, secure, and maintainable applications using microservices principles.
- Implement DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code.
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote best practices in software development.
- Collaborate with product management, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and project roadmaps.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for reliability and scalability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in application development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in fullstack development technologies such as Java, Node.js, React, Angular, or similar.
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Proven track record in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make strategic technical decisions.
