Are you a seasoned logistics professional looking to lead a high-performing team in a global environment? DSV Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Team Lead, Customs to join our operations in Paranaque City.
In this role, you will be the driving force behind the successful migration of country-specific customs processes. You will provide critical implementation support, both on-site and off-site, ensuring seamless transitions and operational excellence. As a Team Lead, you will serve as the primary point of escalation for complex customs issues, leveraging your expertise to provide swift, compliant, and efficient resolutions. You will foster a culture of accuracy, adherence to international trade regulations, and continuous improvement, ensuring that DSV continues to deliver world-class logistical solutions to our clients.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of customs professionals to ensure high performance and service delivery.
- Oversee the end-to-end migration of country customs processes, providing both on-site and remote implementation support.
- Act as the operational point of escalation for complex customs clearance challenges and compliance issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline workflow and improve customs documentation accuracy.
- Ensure full adherence to local and international customs regulations and DSV compliance standards.
- Monitor team KPIs, identifying bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions to maintain operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff on updated customs policies and trade compliance software.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customs brokerage or international freight forwarding.
- Proven track record in a leadership or supervisory role, managing diverse teams.
- Deep understanding of Philippine customs regulations, import/export procedures, and tariff classifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate high-pressure, time-sensitive operational environments.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between operational staff and global stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Customs Management Systems and MS Office Suite.
