Dynamic Click is seeking a high-caliber Team Lead / Full-Stack Developer (Node.js) to join our growing engineering team in Puchong. As a Team Lead, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and strategic project management. You will be responsible for the entire software development lifecycle, from initial system architecture and database design to deploying high-performance Node.js microservices. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance, career coaching, and conducting regular code reviews.
- Architect and develop high-performance, scalable Node.js backend services and RESTful APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product and Design to define project requirements and technical specifications.
- Manage the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring the delivery of high-quality, robust features on schedule.
- Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability while ensuring high availability.
- Implement security and data protection best practices across all technical layers of the application stack.
- Drive the adoption of modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and containerization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 5-8 years of professional experience in Full-Stack development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
- Expert-level proficiency in Node.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems.
- Strong experience with frontend frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Deep understanding of database systems, including both SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis).
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proven ability to manage projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
