Join Great Eastern's esteemed Group Operational Risk Management (ORM) Team as a Team Lead and drive excellence in risk governance frameworks. This pivotal role empowers you to spearhead strategic initiatives that enhance operational resilience across our financial institution. You'll orchestrate the implementation of robust risk controls, conduct in-depth risk assessments, and foster a proactive risk culture. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify emerging threats, design mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with regulatory mandates including MAS guidelines. Your leadership will directly influence organizational stability while mentoring high-performing risk professionals to achieve industry best practices.

- Lead and enhance governance activities for ORM frameworks across the organization
- Implement and monitor risk controls aligned with regulatory requirements
- Manage a team of risk professionals through performance coaching and development
- Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks through quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Develop risk appetite statements and risk monitoring dashboards
- Facilitate risk awareness training sessions across departments
- Prepare comprehensive risk reports for senior management and regulators
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in operational risk management with 3+ years team leadership
- Strong knowledge of Basel III/IV, MAS regulations, and ORM frameworks
- Proven experience implementing risk mitigation strategies in financial services
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in risk assessment methodologies
- Professional certifications (FRM, PRM, CRMP) highly desirable
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
