Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-day operations of the warehouse during afternoon and night shifts.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a diverse team of operations staff to ensure high performance and morale.
- Monitor and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding productivity, accuracy, and safety.
- Ensure strict adherence to inventory control procedures and stock accuracy.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards.
- Optimize workflows and resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency.
- Handle escalations, resolve operational issues, and report performance metrics to management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or Team Lead role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including afternoons and nights, as required.
- Flexibility and problem-solving skills in a dynamic work environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., WHMIS, Forklift) are a plus.
