Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of outbound sales representatives to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, conversion rates, and average handle time to drive productivity.
- Ensure quality service by conducting regular quality assurance audits and providing constructive feedback.
- Analyze team performance data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular training sessions and one-on-one performance reviews to keep the team motivated and aligned with company objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales processes and resolve inter-departmental blockers.
- Handle escalated customer issues and act as the primary escalation point for complex inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Team Lead, Supervisor, or Manager in a BPO or Call Center environment.
- Strong background in outbound sales, telemarketing, or customer support leadership.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Experience with CRM software and call center tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Five9).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and formulate effective sales strategies.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive monthly sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
