Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Quality Assurance specialists to ensure consistent operational excellence and high performance.
- Leverage Power BI to create comprehensive dashboards and visualizations, transforming raw data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify process inefficiencies and implement corrective actions that reduce errors and optimize workflows.
- Develop, implement, and enforce strict quality standards, policies, and procedures aligned with industry best practices and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and streamline revenue cycle processes.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of quality control measures and identify areas for growth.
- Prepare detailed quality reports and presentations for management reviews to communicate performance trends and strategic recommendations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Process Improvement, or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Strong proficiency in Power BI and other data visualization tools.
- Proven experience in team leadership, including performance management and professional development.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
