Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of field sales representatives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly acquisition targets.
- Develop and implement localized sales strategies to maximize market penetration in Kota and Kab. Tangerang.
- Conduct regular field visits to coach team members and ensure high-quality merchant onboarding experiences.
- Analyze sales performance data and generate actionable insights to improve team productivity and conversion rates.
- Manage operational reports and provide accurate forecasting to the regional sales management team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and local business communities.
- Ensure the team adheres to company policies, ethical standards, and brand guidelines in the field.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in field sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of the MSME (UMKM) landscape and digital payment solutions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding challenging sales targets.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and CRM software to track performance.
- Deep knowledge of the Tangerang region and its business dynamics.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate high initiative, and manage time effectively under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.
