Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage a team of telecommunications technicians and engineers, providing daily guidance and technical support.
- Oversee the successful execution of site installations, maintenance, and network upgrades within the assigned region.
- Monitor team performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs), implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Conduct regular site audits and quality inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.
- Liaise with project managers and external stakeholders to provide progress updates and resolve technical bottlenecks.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance the technical skills and professional growth of team members.
- Manage equipment inventory and resource allocation to ensure maximum operational efficiency.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 3-5 years of solid experience in the telecommunications industry, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure, including fiber optics, microwave links, or cellular network components.
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on technical troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in using project management software and technical reporting tools.
