Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and develop warehouse teams to achieve performance targets
- Optimize warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch workflows
- Implement inventory control systems and conduct cycle counts for accuracy
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and operational standards
- Analyze KPIs to identify improvement opportunities in productivity and cost
- Coordinate with logistics partners for timely delivery and exception resolution
- Train staff on new technologies and process enhancements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years warehouse experience with 1+ years in leadership role
- Strong proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Expertise in inventory control and process optimization methodologies
- Proven ability to manage teams in high-volume environments
- Advanced problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
