Tanggung Jawab

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the café team to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor team members to achieve outstanding performance and service standards.
  • Deliver superior customer service by proactively addressing guest concerns and fostering a welcoming environment.
  • Manage inventory levels, place timely orders for supplies, and implement cost-control measures to minimize waste.
  • Oversee cash management, end-of-day financial reports, and POS system operations.
  • Train and onboard new employees on company policies, operational procedures, and product knowledge.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
  • Assist the manager in scheduling, shift planning, and administrative tasks.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1 to 2 years of proven supervisory experience in the Food & Beverage or Hospitality industry.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and gracefully handle stressful situations.
  • Proficient in basic math, cash handling, and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, and holidays.
  • Genuine passion for food, coffee, and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
