- Lead, mentor, and motivate customer service teams to achieve performance targets
- Monitor daily operations and implement process improvements for efficiency

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in team leadership or supervisory roles
- Strong proficiency in customer service protocols and CRM systems
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to analyze data and drive performance improvements
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or project management preferred
- Experience in call center or BPO environment essential
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
