Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
  • Motivate and inspire the team to achieve individual and collective performance targets.
  • Monitor team performance in the field or call center environment and provide constructive feedback.
  • Conduct daily briefings and training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare weekly or monthly performance reports.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience in a Team Leader or Supervisory role within a Call Center or Consumer Service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to be stationed in Padang, Sumatera Barat.
