Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operational activities and resource allocation for team members
- Develop and implement performance improvement strategies to meet KPIs
- Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions
- Monitor field performance through real-time metrics and quality audits
- Resolve customer complaints and operational escalations promptly
- Coordinate training programs to enhance team capabilities
- Prepare performance reports and actionable insights for management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of team leadership experience in call center/customer service
- Proven track record of motivating teams to achieve performance targets
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in CRM systems and call center software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
