PT Shenglong Jaya Cemerlang is currently seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Team Leader Accounting (Mandarin Speaker) to join our dynamic finance department in Jakarta Utara. As a key leader in our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of accounting operations, ensuring financial integrity, and driving operational efficiency within our growing marketplace business.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong background in financial reporting, inventory management, and reconciliation. You will lead a dedicated team to maintain accurate financial records and provide strategic insights to management. We are looking for an individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and possesses the ability to bridge communication gaps through fluent Mandarin proficiency.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the accounting team to ensure operational excellence and high-quality deliverables.
- Oversee daily marketplace financial transactions, ensuring accurate documentation and timely settlement.
- Perform complex bank and account reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closing statements.
- Manage inventory accounting processes, including stock valuation, auditing, and analysis.
- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline financial workflows and reporting efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and internal company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounting Team Leader or similar supervisory role.
- Mandarin proficiency (written and spoken) is mandatory to facilitate communication with regional stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations, PSAK, and financial reporting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP/Accounting software.
- Highly detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership abilities and the capacity to manage cross-functional team dynamics.
