As a Team Leader, you will act as the bridge between our creative vision and the operational reality on the ground. You will manage daily workflows, mentor junior staff, and ensure that every interaction reflects the luxury standard of our hotel partners. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the onsite photography and service team to ensure high-performance standards.
- Coordinate daily operations at designated luxury hotel locations to ensure seamless workflow.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for hotel partners, ensuring professional communication and relationship management.
- Monitor service quality and ensure all deliverables meet the premium standards of Loft Moments.
- Manage team schedules, performance tracking, and ensure operational compliance in the Banyuwangi area.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to increase efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Handle escalated customer service inquiries with a solution-oriented mindset.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role (Hospitality, Retail, or Photography industry preferred).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse personality types.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with high-end clientele.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, consistent with 5-star hotel environments.
- High level of reliability, discipline, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to be based in or travel frequently to the Banyuwangi area.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as per hotel operational needs.
