- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for assigned stores in the Palembang area
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of retail associates to ensure high performance
- Monitor daily operations of GT & MT stores, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities to drive business growth
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement
- Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or team leadership
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in using retail management software and data analysis tools
