Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise a team of assembly workers to ensure efficient and timely completion of production targets
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure products meet specifications
- Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve production issues and maintain workflow
- Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, address concerns, and foster a positive work environment
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing environment
- Previous experience in a team leadership or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of assembly processes and quality control standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using production management software and tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
