Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of field officers to achieve and exceed challenging sales, loan disbursement, and collection targets.
- Oversee daily operational activities, ensuring strict adherence to Amartha's policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Develop and implement local business strategies to expand Amartha's client base and market presence within the Temanggung region.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members for continuous improvement.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient resolution of inquiries or issues.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for innovation.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly performance reports, analyzing data and providing actionable insights to management.
- Ensure effective risk management and compliance with all regulatory requirements specific to financial services in Indonesia.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in microfinance, banking, or a related financial services industry, with at least 1-2 years in a team leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of successfully achieving and exceeding sales or business development targets.
- Strong understanding of financial products, credit assessment, and loan management processes, particularly for MSMEs.
- Excellent leadership, communication (both written and verbal), and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure.
- Familiarity with the Temanggung area and a strong network within local communities is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in using basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
