Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, coach, and supervise the daily operations of the business team in Sampang.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure high productivity.
- Ensure loan portfolio quality by conducting field supervision and monitoring NPLs.
- Drive the achievement of monthly and quarterly loan disbursement targets.
- Coordinate with the head office to ensure alignment with company strategies and policies.
- Maintain strong relationships with partners and customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Conduct training sessions to improve team skills in product knowledge and sales techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree (S1) from any major.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role or business development within the banking or microfinance sector.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in using mobile technology for data collection and reporting.
- Valid SIM A driver's license is a strong advantage.
