Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Field Officers to achieve operational targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Oversee the day-to-day business operations, including credit application processing and client verification.
- Ensure the quality and sustainability of the micro-loan portfolio within the assigned region.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor community partner performance and address operational challenges.
- Analyze local market trends and implement strategies to increase penetration and service outreach.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, regulations, and risk management standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local community leaders and stakeholders to build trust and brand awareness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in team management, preferably in micro-finance, banking, or retail sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams in a remote setting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Deep understanding of the local market dynamics in Sumatera Barat.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and reporting software.
- High integrity, resilience, and a strong sense of empathy for social-economic empowerment.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Bahasa Indonesia; knowledge of local dialects is a significant advantage.
