Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in team leadership or business management

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in financial services or microfinance is highly desirable
- Proficiency in local languages of Sumatera Utara
