Are you a strategic leader passionate about driving financial growth and managing high-performing teams? Affin Bank is looking for a dedicated Team Leader, Business Wealth Sales, Enterprise Banking to join our East Coast operations. In this pivotal role, you will take charge of steering your team to exceed regional targets, focusing on critical metrics such as Net Interest Income (NII) and Net Financial Income (NFI).
As the Team Leader, you will be the driving force behind our sales initiatives, mentoring sales representatives and fostering a culture of excellence and proactive client engagement. You will identify new market opportunities within the enterprise banking segment and develop innovative strategies to secure high-value relationships. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the sales team to ensure alignment with regional KPIs and wealth targets (NII & NFI).
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the enterprise banking sector.
- Mentor, coach, and motivate team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
- Identify, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and corporate accounts.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Risk, Credit, and Operations to ensure seamless client service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics and maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare regular performance reports and forecasts to communicate team progress to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in banking, wealth management, or a related sales leadership role.
- Strong understanding of financial products, investment instruments, and enterprise banking solutions.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field.
- Valid banking license or professional certifications (e.g., CIM, CFP) are highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
