Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the cafe/delica team to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency
  • Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to boost store sales and meet targets
  • Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and ensure proper stock rotation to minimize waste
  • Train and develop team members on product knowledge, customer service, and operational procedures
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, performance, and company updates
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification, with additional certification in hospitality or food service preferred
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage or retail industry
  • Strong sales and customer service orientation with a proven track record of achieving targets
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Basic computer literacy for inventory management and reporting
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in other languages is a plus
