Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of collection staff to ensure daily performance targets are achieved.
- Monitor and evaluate the productivity of individual team members, providing coaching and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Ensure all collection processes comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal standards.
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to maximize recovery rates and reduce non-performing assets.
- Prepare regular performance reports and analysis for management review.
- Resolve escalated collection issues or complex customer disputes with professionalism and sound judgment.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture to maintain employee engagement and morale.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably Management, Finance, or Accounting.
- Proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a collection or debt recovery environment (minimum 2 years).
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
- In-depth knowledge of debt collection procedures, regulations, and industry practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data tracking and reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict monthly collection targets.
- High level of integrity, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
