Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of collection professionals to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimize overdue accounts
- Monitor team performance metrics and provide coaching for continuous improvement
- Handle escalated customer issues and resolve disputes with professionalism
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies
- Prepare performance reports and recommend process enhancements
- Collaborate with credit and legal departments on complex cases
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in collections or credit management
- Proven leadership ability with team management experience
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance standards
- Proficiency in MS Office and collection software
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia
